Ninja Creami Strawberry Recipe: High Protein, 250 Calories, Real Fruit
Share
Strawberry is one of the most forgiving Ninja Creami flavours. Real fruit adds natural sugars that improve texture, natural acidity that brightens flavour, and a colour that looks genuinely appealing. This formula uses frozen strawberries in the base.
The formula
Ingredients:
- 120g frozen strawberries (thawed slightly)
- 120g low-fat cottage cheese
- 150ml Fairlife milk
- 1 scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder
- 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 3 tbsp allulose
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method: Blend cottage cheese and milk smooth. Add strawberries, blend until incorporated (base turns pink). Add remaining ingredients and blend. Taste — should be noticeably sweet with pronounced strawberry. Pour to fill line, freeze 24h+. Thaw 8–10 min at room temp. Process on Ice Cream. If crumbly: add 1–2 tbsp milk, Re-spin.

Variations
- Strawberry cheesecake: Add 50g light cream cheese to the base. Mix in crushed graham cracker after processing.
- Strawberry banana: Replace 40g strawberries with half a ripe banana. Better texture, slightly more carbs.
- Strawberry chocolate swirl: Mix in sugar-free chocolate sauce after processing.
Key tip: use frozen strawberries picked at peak ripeness
Frozen strawberries consistently outperform mediocre fresh ones for flavour. Out-of-season fresh strawberries are often flavourless. Buy a quality frozen bag and the result is reliably good year-round.
