All products sold by GuideCrafted are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital PDF, guide, template, or downloadable file through a download link or by email. Delivery is usually immediate, but in some cases it may take a few minutes for the email or download link to arrive.

Please make sure that the email address you enter at checkout is correct. GuideCrafted is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address or issues with your email provider.

If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at guidecrafted@gmail.com, and we will help you as soon as possible.

Because our products are delivered digitally, no shipping fees apply.
